This is the agreement between you and Belle Bucket when you use bellebucket.com or order something from it. Belle Bucket is owned and run by Amy O'Neal, a sole proprietor in Utah, USA. I've tried to write it the way I'd actually explain it to a friend, but it's still the legal part, so please read it. If you don't agree with it, please don't use the site.
Belle Bucket sells digital products: custom lists, guides, curriculum, and tools. Custom lists work like this: you pick a design, fill in your own items, and I hand type your list into that design and send you a proof. Changes are free until you approve the final. Once you do, I send you the final file, sized to print at 36 x 48 inches (or smaller, at your choice). Guides, curriculum, and tools are delivered as a digital file or account access at the time of purchase.
Everything here is a digital product, not a physical one. You print it, download it, or access it yourself. Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
I'll make changes to your proof until you approve the final version. Once you approve it, that's the version I send. If you catch a typo after that, email me and I'll fix it, no charge. I won't put anything on a list that's hateful, illegal, or aimed at a real person.
Payment is due at checkout through Stripe. I don't store your card information, Stripe handles all of that.
You need an account to open paid guides and to save lists. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under it. I can close accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or sharing paid content with people who didn't buy it.
Your file is for your personal, non-commercial use. Print it, reprint it, hang it, gift it, post it (tag me, I love it). What you can't do is resell the file itself, redistribute it, share your login so other people can read a paid guide, use my designs to create your own product to sell, or use anything here to train an AI model. The designs, artwork, guides, photos, and the Belle Bucket name and logo stay mine. Teachers, co-ops, and businesses who want a group license: just email me, I'm easy to work with.
Everything in the guides comes from my family's real trips and my own research, and I update them when I can. But hours change, trails close, restaurants shut down, and roads wash out. Always check current conditions, park alerts, and reservation rules before you go. The guides are trip-planning help, not a guarantee, and your family's safety and decisions on the road are yours.
The Points Room, the card library, and everything here about credit cards, points, or budgeting is educational and reflects my own experience and opinions. I'm not a financial advisor. Card terms, bonuses, and fees change constantly, so verify everything with the issuer before you apply. Whether to open a card is your decision and your responsibility.
Some links on bellebucket.com are affiliate or referral links, which means I may earn a commission, points, or a bonus if you buy or apply through them, at no extra cost to you. Belle Bucket is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. I only recommend things my family actually uses or would use, and a commission never changes what I say about something.
If you send me a photo of your list on the wall, a review, or a nice message, you're giving me permission to share it on the site, in emails, and on social media with your first name or handle. If you'd rather I didn't, just say so.
You agree not to use this site to do anything illegal, to try to break or interfere with how it works, or to copy the designs, code, or content here for your own commercial use. I link out to parks, restaurants, Amazon, card issuers, and more; I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what happens there.
I do my best to keep this site accurate and working, but everything here is provided as is. I can't promise the site will always be free of errors or available every second of every day, and I'm not responsible for how you use the files you get from me, beyond what's reasonable. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product involved, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Email me first. Almost everything gets fixed with one email. If it can't be, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Utah County, Utah.
I may update these terms as Belle Bucket grows. If I make a real change, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Email me at bellebucket@gmail.com and I'll get back to you.
