Everything here is digital, which means once it's in your hands it can't come back. So this policy is built around getting it right before that point, and fixing it fast if I'm the one who messed up.
You send your items, I hand type them into the design, and within 2 to 3 business days you get a proof by email. Changes are free until you approve the proof: a spelling, a swapped item, one that's too long, whatever. Once you approve, I send the final print file and the order is complete.
The file is made for a 36 x 48 inch print at 300 dpi. If your print shop has trouble with it, forward me their note and I'll sort it out with them. I can't refund printing costs, because I don't control the print shop.
Guides unlock in your account the moment you pay, and any downloads come with them. Because you get everything instantly, guide purchases are final once you've opened the guide.
Bundles follow the guide rules above for the guide part. If a bundle or membership includes list credits, unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; used credits are not.
They're free. If a link doesn't work, email me and I'll send the file directly.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
